For the first rookie boy group to debut at SM Entertainment in 7 years, RIIZE’s launch required seamless coordination between the US label, partners and internal cross-functional teams for both digital & physical album releases leading up to the debut. I contirbuted to digital marketing, social media strategies, influencer campaigns, global PR, and overall project management to ensure a successful debut.

- Led Who’s Who video production in collaboration with BuzzFeed UK, overseeing the process from prep, shoot, project management to release and managing key stakeholder communication. Created to introduce RIIZE to a global audience, the video marked their first international-facing content and gained 250K+ views within 24 hours.
