PinkBlood is SM Entertainment’s official social media initiative spotlighting global prosumer content—fan-made performances, dance covers, and creative edits using SM artists’ music. As Project Manager, I led content strategy, community growth, and branded activations—establishing PinkBlood as a key platform for connecting SM’s IP with global fandoms through short-form storytelling. The initiative grew to ~350K followers across Instagram and TikTok.

• Scaled PinkBlood’s Instagram and TikTok to ~350K followers by curating standout fan-made content and building a branded fan-driven identity aligned with SM’s broader storytelling.
• Positioned PinkBlood as a digital hub for global fandom expression—bridging official artist content with community creativity to expand SM’s IP footprint.
🏆 Creative Campaigns & Fan Engagement
• Launched the Monthly Pick campaign—selecting, producing, and editing monthly highlight reels of top fan content to elevate emerging creators and drive engagement.
🎞️ Branded Content & Partnerships
• Led PinkBlood-branded partnerships, including curating fan content for the HiKR Ground media wall (Korea Tourism Organization HQ in Seoul), extending reach beyond digital into physical spaces.
• Aligned short-form content with SM’s creative vision while showcasing the expressive power of global fandom through music, and narrative.
